A Fun-Filled Trip to The Enormous Crocodile!

Reception children had a fantastic time visiting Shrewsbury Theatre to watch The Enormous Crocodile musical. All the children were exceptionally well-behaved and were a true credit to the school throughout the trip.

As we entered the theatre, the room was filled with bubbles, much to the children’s delight! The music began, the lights came up, and the show started. The mischievous Enormous Crocodile tried all his clever tricks, just as in the book, but our children were ready. Armed with foam peanuts, they eagerly “defended” themselves whenever the crocodile tried to gobble them up!

Thankfully, no children were actually gobbled, and everyone returned safely to school. The fun didn’t end there, children enjoyed a tasty lunch together in their classroom, chatting excitedly about the show and their favourite parts.

It was a memorable day filled with laughter, excitement, and a love of theatre.
