Celebrating 100 Years of Sir David Attenborough

On Friday 8th May, we celebrated the 100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough. During the day, the children learnt about this inspirational man through a range of engaging activities.
We used the occasion to focus on our writing skills, with children across the school writing in a variety of genres linked to the work and achievements of this amazing man. Have a look to see what we have been up to!

Year 6 have produced a piece of art work inspired by nature. The children had a variety of different media to choose from - oil pastels, paints, felts
