⚽ Elston A vs The Royal Final Score: 7–1 🔥
What a fantastic way for our Elston A boys to kick off the season! 💚
Despite the wet conditions, Elston put in a brilliant performance against a strong Royal side, showing fantastic passing, movement and teamwork from the very first whistle.
It didn’t take long for Alessandro to open the scoring with a well-worked goal! The Royal fought back, with their striker producing a fantastic low-driven shot to beat Olly and level the score.
But Elston showed great character, responding with another excellent team goal. Alessandro’s shot was followed up brilliantly by Dilroop to make it 2–1. Elston continued to press, and two more goals from Dilroop and Alessandro saw us go into half-time with a deserved 3–1 lead! 💪
After the break, the boys came out firing! 🚀 Elston took control of the game and went on to secure an emphatic 7–1 victory!
⚽ Our goalscorers:

🛡️ Aaron — 1 goal from defence!
A special mention goes to our fantastic goalkeeper, Olly, and our defenders, Farid and Aaron. They continue to make crucial saves, block shots and do all the hard work at the back, giving our attackers the freedom to flourish. 👏🧤
Every player played their part, and the teamwork, determination and character on display were fantastic to see.
