Another fantastic win for our girls, this time against fellow trust school Palmers Cross Primary!

Elston made a slow start to the game, but Jess showed great cleverness to find the corner of the net and put us 1-0 ahead.

The game remained 1-0 for a while, with Elston piling on the pressure but struggling to find that second goal. That was until Jess picked up the ball in the middle of the pitch, drove forward and smashed it into the bottom corner to make it 2-0.

Jess then completed her hat-trick with another fantastic driving run through the middle of the pitch, calmly finding the bottom corner once again. A brilliant first-half performance from the whole team!

The second half saw Elston create plenty more chances but struggle to find the net. That was until Heidi took a shot from a tight angle which found its way into the goal to make it 4-0.

Jess then added another to her tally, making it four goals for her and 5-0 to Elston!

In the closing stages, Daniella picked up the ball in the middle of the pitch, drove towards the Palmers Cross defence and brilliantly chipped the goalkeeper to make it 6-0!

What a performance once again from every single player! A special mention to Myla, who made a fantastic debut and showed so much potential.

And another huge well done to our defensive trio of Peyton, Aadhya and Bobbie, who once again helped secure a clean sheet.

Even more impressively, Elston are still yet to concede a goal this season! What a fantastic record! 🧤👏
