What a vibrant and joyful day it was for our Early Years children as they took part in a fun-filled, meaningful event to celebrate diversity, unity, and community spirit!
The day began with a sponsored Colour Run, where our energetic EYFS pupils raced around the playground with huge smiles, raising funds for new learning resources. Cheered on by Mr Green and staff, the children showed incredible enthusiasm and determination. Well done all!
Later in the day, we hosted a Colour Festival inspired by the traditional Indian celebration of Holi. This joyful event honoured the diversity within our school community and helped our children explore and appreciate different cultures through colour, music, and shared experiences. There were plenty of laughs as both children and staff were dusted in coloured powder, dancing and playing together in a true celebration of unity.
It was a day full of fun, laughter, and togetherness — a reflection of the inclusive, joyful environment we strive for in our Early Years setting.
We truly were United in Colour.
