The Daily Mile Launches at Elston Hall!
What a wonderful time we had launching The Daily Mile at Elston Hall! A huge thank you to James from The Daily Mile and the London Marathon Foundation and our Sports Ambassadors for helping to make the day such a success.
Our Sports Ambassadors received special training with James and have now taken on an exciting new role as Daily Mile Ambassadors. They were delighted to receive their own pink T-shirts and certificates in recognition of their new responsibilities. They are fantastic role models for our school community!
Our new ambassadors wasted no time getting started, heading out onto the track to encourage and support children from their own year groups and younger pupils as they took part in The Daily Mile.
We are so proud of our ambassadors for showing such enthusiasm, encouragement and teamwork. We look forward to seeing everyone enjoying The Daily Mile and building their fitness, stamina and confidence together!
