Year 3 Samba Drumming Workshop

Year 3 had a fantastic day with Nik from Primary Workshops enhancing their learning about Brazil and rhythmic patterns. The morning started with an assembly, during which Nik demonstrated playing the drums and motivated the children for the day ahead. With Nik's support the children played a variety of instruments and by the end of the day had perfected samba rhythms. We ended the day by performing to parents and at one point the parents 'volunteered' to perform to us! What a wonderful day!
