Year 3 kicked off their new topic with an exciting Egyptian Day! We have been focusing on hieroglyphics, exploring the fascinating world of ancient Egyptian writing, and even creating our own symbols.
As part of the day, we went on a scavenger hunt, searching for answers to questions all about Egypt. It was a fun way to learn and explore the mysteries of this incredible civilization!
A big thank you to Amber, who kindly brought in some Egyptian artefacts from home to share with the class. It was amazing to see real-life objects from such a historic culture up close.
